PHP-INTL kurulumunda aşağıdaki gibi bir hata alıyorsanız eğer,

configure: error: Unable to detect ICU prefix or no failed. Please verify ICU install prefix and make sure icu-config works

Veya

checking for location of ICU headers and libraries... not found

The intl.so object is not in /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626

Şeklinde sonlanıyorsa yükleme libicu’yu yüklemeniz problemi giderecektir

For CentOS – RedHat

yum install libicu
yum install libicu-devel

For Debian – Ubuntu

sudo apt-get install libicu-dev
